Review of the Opel Adam

Towards the end of 2015 I had the opportunity to do a review of the OPEL ADAM JAM XTREME PACK and here are my views on this lovely piece of machinery.

The new Opel ADAM is much more than a car - it’s a game changer! It redefines self-expression by letting you customise it to match you and your world. With so many possibilities, it’s undeniably unique in so many ways.

This brand new vehicle comes as a 3-door, 4-seat hatchback equipped with enough gadgets to drive any game changer to their knees. The powerful, image-focused, non-retro design makes a statement as bold as you are.

This fun little vehicle is one of the latest offerings from Opel in the small passenger vehicle segment and from the looks of it, it was designed with the purpose of rivaling the likes of the Fiat 500, Citroen DS3 and Mini Cooper. Now as I said before I had the privilege of driving this beauty for a bit and when I decided to drive up to Worcester in the Western Cape, all that was left to be said was, Amazing.

The handling was impressive, the 1.0L turbo engine had no trouble towering up and around the slopes of the Du Toitskloof pass and it sliced through the wind with ease (for a smaller vehicle I was expecting the wind to really give it a run for its money but it performed well) Aerodynamics check!

The Adam Jam has an awesome little engine which pushes out 85kw and around 170 Nm of torque which really complements the size of the vehicle. The drive is exceptional but enough about that, its the designs that has got everyone talking. Well the reason for this is that it has so many choices on offer so you can customize it to the way you would want it to look and feel.

You have the choice of 8 different paint colours, funky interior roof linings, various dashboard designs and colours, unique coloured roof, seat trimmings etc, you have the freedom to personalise it to your own style.
