Car Guard Song
Usually when my wife and I go out either to shopping malls or nightclubs or wherever we end up in Cape Town or South Africa for that matter, there are always car guards waiting to pounce on you upon your return to your vehicle.
Most of them apparently securing your vehicle from imminent danger of getting stolen or broken into, which I can understand, but do we have to pay them everytime we stop and park?
